1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register and use the 299bit platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you access and use the platform;
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 299bit, or an immediate family member of such a person.

299bit reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your age, identity, or place of residence at any time. Access may be suspended pending verification.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

299bit primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 299bit platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 299bit makes no representation or warranty that the services are legally available in any particular location outside Bangladesh.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a 299bit account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not register using false information or impersonate any other person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at any given time.

2.2 KYC Verification

299bit operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your residential address;
• Proof of payment method ownership for any withdrawal request exceeding applicable thresholds.

299bit will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed the KYC verification process. Verified accounts enjoy faster withdrawal processing, typically within five to fifteen minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions.

2.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 299bit Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 299bit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. 3.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits to your 299bit account must be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation by the payment provider.

299bit reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before processing any withdrawal, 299bit may require you to complete identity verification in accordance with Section 2.2 of these Terms.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically 5–15 minutes after approval;
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1–3 business days;
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing institution.

299bit reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional verification documents, or place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where enhanced due diligence is warranted.

3.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 299bit does not apply currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. Any currency conversion cost incurred through your payment provider is outside 299bit's control and is not the responsibility of 299bit.

4.1 Game Integrity and RNG

All casino game outcomes on the 299bit platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. 299bit does not manipulate, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. Results produced by the RNG are final and binding.

4.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are subject to 299bit's sportsbook rules and individual market terms. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled.

In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 299bit will apply standard void-and-refund procedures. Specific rules for each sport and market are published within the relevant sportsbook section of the platform.

4.3 Void Bets

299bit reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable error in odds, a technical malfunction, market manipulation, or any other circumstance that, in 299bit's reasonable opinion, renders the settlement of the bet unfair or materially incorrect. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

4.4 Prohibited Betting Behaviour

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 299bit platform and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and possible referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sporting events;
• Placing bets with knowledge of insider information not publicly available at the time of placing;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or tournament outcomes.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by 299bit are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for any bonus credited to your account is twenty times (20x) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

299bit actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. If 299bit determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or qualifying-only bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting promotional terms — 299bit reserves the right to:

• Cancel any bonus balance and any winnings derived from that bonus;
• Suspend or permanently close the player's account;
• Recover any bonus-related funds already withdrawn from the account.

6.1 Player Obligations

299bit is committed to promoting responsible gaming. You acknowledge that gaming is a form of entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income. You agree to monitor your own gaming activity, set personal limits where appropriate, and seek assistance if you feel that your gaming behaviour is becoming harmful to yourself or others.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

299bit provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits via your account settings;
• Session Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications after a chosen duration of play;

7.1 Ownership

All content on the 299bit platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and design elements, is the intellectual property of 299bit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights are granted.

7.2 Restrictions

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the 299bit platform or its content without prior written consent from 299bit. Unauthorised use of 299bit's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

8.1 Platform Availability

299bit will use reasonable endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform. However, 299bit does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. 299bit will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform unavailability.

8.2 Financial Losses

Gambling inherently involves risk. By using the 299bit platform, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that 299bit is not responsible for your financial losses arising from gaming activity conducted in accordance with these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 299bit's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 299bit account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 299bit account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any verified account balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification obligations.

9.2 Termination by 299bit

299bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within a reasonable timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Any other conduct that 299bit reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity or reputation of the platform.

In cases of confirmed fraud or breach of these Terms, 299bit reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure.

10.1 Right to Amend

299bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 299bit will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a notice on the 299bit platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 299bit platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with a full description of the issue. 299bit will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Our support team operates 24/7 and aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 299bit's operating jurisdiction. By using the platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process.
